If you are not satisfied with the resolution of a data-protection grievance, you may escalate the matter to the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act, 2023. For consumer grievances, you may approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission or the National Consumer Helpline (1915).
